Prezi, Voicethread, & Jing
This part of the course is geared towards introducing you to a selection of "free" online resources, that can be readily accessed over the Internet, and, can be designed to be particularly useful in creating interactive, empowered (and engaging) OER activities. You will see below that Phil and Craig have produced a couple of simple Prezi and Voicethread resources for you to look at.
As part of this sessions activities, you will need to subscribe (as a free user) to Prezi, Voicethread - and maybe Jing (but you will need to download this to your own Personal Computer or Laptop). Once you have done this, have a go at producing a simple Prezi and/or Voicethread; then, distribute your "link(s)" via the 'Add a comment' dialogue box below, so that other group members can access them, have a go, and discuss their potential uses.

Likewise, Jing ( www.techsmith.com/jing/ ) is another resource - similar to Voicethread - that also enables interactive (via image and/or sound) engagement
